The Consumer Promo Shell's Main Prize Program ("Program") is organized by PT Shell Indonesia, domiciled in South Jakarta, as a company engaged in downstream oil and gas business activities, is to sell fuel oil through the General Fuel Filling Station ("gas station") as well as the legitimate holder for the Shell brand in Indonesia and PT Missi Idea Selaras, based in Central Jakarta as the party appointed by Shell as the charity agency for the Program ( hereinafter jointly referred to as "the Operator").

 

This program is a prize program that invites people to use Shell fuel as much as possible to get the prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Participants who participate in the Program are required to read, understand and abide by the terms and conditions outlined below, including any amendments made thereto by the Organizer from time to time (the "Terms and Conditions").

 

Program Period:

This program runs from April 1 to December 1, 2018.

 

Program Prize:

The prizes in this Program are as follows:

Grandprize : 150.000.000, -  IDR.

 

Participant Requirements to follow the Program:

Indonesian citizen (WNI) and domiciled in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.

Companies that perform purchase transactions Unit and / or Product Spare Part min. Rp. 5.000.000.000 (5 Billion IDR).

 

Must be at least 17 years old (must be proven by Identity Card or Passport or other valid ID). If a Participant is under 17 years of age and wishes to register as a Member, it must obtain written permission from a legal parent / guardian to participate in the Program, including conducting the entire series of events on the program.

It is not an employee and a family member of the employees of PT Shell Indonesia and / or its affiliates, agencies, suppliers and / or vendors related to the operation of this program.

Program Mechanism

This program is applicable in all Shell filling stations located in Jabodetabek and Bandung area.

Participants must be a ClubSmart member first to be able to join the Program.

Participants can refuel Shell as much as possible.

 

Winner:

Participants selected as Program Winners ("Winners") shall be subject to the following conditions:

The winner of the program will be selected and determined based on the highest and fastest points in getting the highest points during the Program Period.

The winner that has been determined, approved and decided by the Operator is final and non-inviolable.

Winners will be announced at the end of the Program Period on June 10, 2018.

Winners will be contacted by an authorized representative of the Operator through the domicile address, e-mail and telephone number recorded on the ClubSmart system for confirmation of the award.

The Gift Tax will be borne by the Operator.

All other costs, including any reverse fees related to the receipt or use of Rewards directly or indirectly, are the responsibility of the Winner.

Participants can not return the Prize and / or request the Organizer to exchange the Prize in any form.

The delivery of 1 (one) unit of BMW Car and the addition of ClubSmart points shall be granted maximum 3 (three) months after the Winner Announcement provided that the Winner has completed the documents requested by the Operator.

Winners are required to sign the Award Submission Letter after receiving the prizes to each winner.

Ownership and all risks and liability for Rewards have fully transferred to each Winner.

The Organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes of different types or specifications with equivalent value in the event of any circumstances beyond the responsibility or power of the Operator, such as among others: goods that are no longer produced or withdrawn in the market,

Participants who become Winners are declared void as Winners if as follows:

Do not confirm or can not be contacted by the Operator for the purpose of data verification within 14 calendar days from the date of announcement of the winner on June 10, 2018; and

Unable to provide supporting documents at the time of the verification process, ie copy of Identity Card (KTP) copy of Family Card (KK), copy of Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), copy of ClubSmart membership card and other related documents to meet applicable administrative requirements . In this regard, the Participant hereby agrees to waive its right to accept the prize as the winner and shall discharge the Operator from any claim and / or demand for the award of any prize in the future.

The organizer shall have the right to check and: (i) disqualify the Participant or the Winner; and / or (ii) refuse or cancel the award, if the Participant or Winner is allegedly committing any fraud or breach of these Terms and Conditions in any form.

General requirements :

The Organizer shall have the right to change the date, mechanism, prize and / or Terms and Conditions of the Program as long as the concept and its value are more or less the same as those described at this time, without prior notice or any compensation to Participants and / or any parties. In the event of a Force Majeure or other material considerations, the Operator may cancel the operation of the Program without the obligation to provide notice and / or compensation to any party.

This program is free of charge. Taxes and prize delivery fees shall be borne by the Contracting Party. In the event of any party acting on behalf of the Operator which imposed fees, remuneration and / or equivalent to the participant and / or the winner, it is certain that it is not true and is a fraud.

The Operator shall not be liable in the event of fraud and / or other criminal acts in the name of the Program. For that reason, Participants are requested to be careful and aware of any fraud and / or other criminal mode that may be acting on behalf of the Program and always make sure to be in touch with the Legitimate Providers of the Program.

Each Participant who follows the Program warrants that any information provided is correct, accurate and accurate during the Program period.

By joining this Program, Participants grant permission to PT Shell Indonesia to:

Saving, using, publishing or / or displaying the Participant's personal data (and any Winner, among others, name, photo, identity, address, phone number) for the purposes of publication and / or verification of the Winner;

contacting participants by mail to domicile address, e-mail, telephone and / or sms;

Processing Participant personal data from anywhere (including through databases accessed remotely from other countries); and / or

Disclosing Participant personal information to PT Shell Indonesia service providers and / or affiliates of PT Shell Indonesia to do the above as well as to the competent authorities (if required by applicable law in the Republic of Indonesia).

PT Shell Indonesia will not use, publish or display any personal data of any Participant and / or Winner for advertising and publication purposes, without prior consent of the Participant and / or the Winner.
